Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp low fat milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp sugar
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp Rebel Herbs Amla Powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill for an hour. Serve with veggies or fries.

Ingredients:
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
½ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ tbsp Rebel Herbs Ginger Powder
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
2 tsp sugar
2 finely minced cloves of garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp Rebel Herbs Amla Powder
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a lidded jar. Tightly cap lid, and shake vigorously, until all ingredients are combined. Serve with rice, salads, meats and more!
