One type of tree that we grow on our sustainable organic farms is the evergreen tree that produces the nutmeg fruit. Nutmeg is a flavor-packed spice which is often used in pumpkin, eggnog and Christmas-goodie recipes. Nutmeg is a powerful spice, so be sure to keep in mind that a little goes a very long way!
