January's Rebel of the Month

This month we are honoring Samantha as our 'Rebel of the Month'. Samantha is our Operations Manager and handles everything from employee scheduling to IT issues. She started with the company when we first launched but went back to school to finish her degree in social work. After completing her bachelor's degree she became a domestic violence and CASA advocate helping many people in unsafe or stressful situation find the assistance they needed.

After some time we convinced her to return to Rebel Herbs to help us as we began to outgrow our systems. Samantha is an expert in creating systems and training modules that make it possible to continue to function in the face of massive growth.

Her dedication to her employees and the job is impressive with a big picture view of what we started from and where we want to go. Samantha is a relentless force for growth and adaptation. We love her energy, knowledge and enthusiasm for the job.
